Matthew Duda

Mr. Duda brings over a decade of experience to Agent Realty Partners as Director of our Self Storage Group. In addition to his role with ARP, Mr. Duda is a Principal within Lasalle Realty and Mortgage Company. Together we are an industry leader providing real estate investment services nationwide in the disposition, acquisition, and financing of portfolios and single-assets. We represent the leadinging institutional and private self storage operatiors and investors, invluding REITS, lenders, private equity, pension funds, opportunity funds, private operators, and new sources of capital entering the industry.

Mr. Duda has maintained a successful career and has been involved with and transacted over $300,00,000 over the course of 12 years in the self storage industry. In addition, he serves as a board member of the Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC). CREC is a networking organization comprised of a diverse group of professionals in Chicago's commercial real estate industry.
