Anthony Giannini

Anthony is the founder and President of Agent Realty Partners and leads the firm’s strategy and vision. Anthony has a lifetime of experience in all facets of real estate and has over $250,000,000 in real estate transactions throughout his career.

Anthony has a long history of helping his clients find the right solution for the situation. Anthony has sold distressed real estate as well as distressed notes for such lending institutions as PNC Bank, Wintrust, Colony Financial, among others. Anthony has extensive knowledge of NNN lease properties and has helped high net worth clients obtain such properties as part of 1031 exchanges.

Anthony is a proud member of several organizations, including the Chicago Board of Realtors, The West Suburban Landlord Association and the JJRE Peer Advisory Group. In addition, he frequently serves as a panelist and guest speaker for industry related organizations.

Anthony lives in the Western suburbs with his wife and three children. Anthony and his family enjoy studying the art of Thoroughbred horse breeding and have successfully bred and sold Thoroughbreds.
