The Berwyn Hotel

Agent Realty Partners worked closely with a well regarded Not For Profit to identify a property that would meet their very particular criteria. Utilizing our extensive database of contacts, ARP was able to find a hotel in the Chicago suburb of Berwyn that had been under the same ownership for several decades. This longtime ownership was motivated to divest of the property as they looked to downsize their property holdings. In addition to procuring the subject property, we coordinated the purchase of the neighboring property to be converted into parking lot. ARP assisted extensively in coordination with various city officials and industry participants in order to get this deal to the closing table.
